  I reached out to Coley in need of an attorney who could help me in getting my records sealed and expunged. I had a handful of misdemeanor charges that were hindering my ability to successfully gain employment as well as pass background checks for housing. I was living in Austin, TX at the time and needed an attorney who could represent me back home in Minnesota where the charges had taken place. Coley was very easy to work with, had great communication, and was able to get all of my records expunged. Let me remind you that all of this took place while I was on the other side of the country.   I hired coley to represent me in the biggest fight of my life. My second ammendment rights were being threatened by an overzealous antigun prosecution. Coley was able to negotiate a very good deal for me. I was able to keep my firearms rights and avoid felony charges due to his impressive legal tactics and willingness to fight. His passion for the law and his clients is evident. When i needed him at 330am he answered and when he couldn't i was called back in a timely fashion.
