- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Completely inept customer service (or deliberately bad). We've made numerous calls to apply extra payments to remove mortgage insurance. Wells Fargo took the money but didn't apply it to our mortgage until we noticed weeks later and called them on it. That's theft.By Dane Roberts, September 30, 2016
